Oversees all Ingram Kollective entities. Responsibilities include leading, guiding, and directing the people and work processes that drive each business and developing, implementing, and managing strategies for success. Will assist CEO in guiding all team members towards achieving her vision and goals for the companies.
Start Date: Immediate
Hourly: $25.00-$28.00+, commensurate with experience (+bonus potential & CEO perks)
Reports to: CEO
Work Location: Corporate and Home Offices in Atlanta, Eastpoint, and Fayetteville.
Assists with managing and maintaining organization in the professional and personal life of the CEO, this experienced assistant will work remotely, in-office, and in the field, on a variety of tasks-in a friendly and informal yet demanding work environment.
Start Date: Fall/Winter, 2024

Manages the booking and execution of facilities rentals and a broad range of other functions and events produced by the production arm of the company.

Manages our facilities' grounds, systems, equipment, and preventative and ongoing maintenance and security. Highly skilled at various odd jobs and other small tasks related to building and grounds maintenance; managing safety protocols and other related processes.

Records financial transactions and manages the records of the Kollective’s operations, tax and other corporate compliance payments, and maintains related records. Creates and maintains financial reports, and ensures all financial obligations are met.

Manages the day-to-day operations of our retail store: the Supervisor will be a professional, customer service-oriented individual who will consistently meet or exceed goals and ensure an exceptional customer experience for all clientele.
Start Date: January, 2025 Hourly: $14.00 (+commission, bonus potential, & CEO perks)
Reports to: Retail Store Supervisor
Work Location: Retail Store, Atlanta
Ensuring a exceptionally positive customer experience will be the Associate's first priority. Sell in-store and marketplace product; greet, educate, and answer customer questions; develop outstanding positive client relationships; manage online, phone and in-store sales and returns.
